LymphaTouch’s owners include Innovestor, one of Finland’s largest private equity companies, and a number of private investors. Leena Niemistö, Doctor of Medicine, specialist in physiatry and board professional, is the chairman of LymphaTouch’s board.

The LymphaTouch® method

LymphaTouch’s patented technology uses pulsating and continuous negative pressure and high frequency vibration to treat the areas affected by lymphatic system damages and excessive swelling, such as arms or legs.

By using negative pressure, the device creates space under the skin for lymph flow and better blood circulation – thereby reducing swelling and pain.

LymphaTouch is the only solution for lymphedema patients that improves their condition already from the first treatment. But as the damaged lymphatic system cannot be repaired, the swelling gradually starts to rebuild and the pain returns.The treatment should therefore be performed consistently. LymphaTouch is much quicker and more effective compared to other treatment options, thus substantially improving the patients’ quality of life.

LymphaTouch is a versatile and effective therapy device that can be used both by healthcare professionals in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. It is a prescription only device, which we are making available for the mass market through trained professionals.

The original LymphaTouch device has been widely researched and tested since we brought it to markets in 2009. It is already used at 2000+ treatment locations globally, including leading medical institutions like Johns Hopkins Hospital, Göttingen University and Karolinska University hospital.

LymphaTouch

LymphaTouch is a more compact device suitable for lighter use. LymphaTouch is ideal for lymphatic treatment, especially for the facial area and delicate tissue, and for the treatment of local scars. The device has a maximum pressure of 250 mmHg.

LymphaTouch Pro

LymphaTouch Pro is particularly suitable for effective treatment of soft tissue, fascia and swelling. The device has been designed with the professional in mind to withstand heavy use. With LymphaTouch Pro it is possible to achieve a vacuum of up to 400mmHg. LymphaTouch Pro also includes ready-to-use treatment programmes.
