The LymphaTouch® method
LymphaTouch’s patented technology uses pulsating and continuous negative pressure and high frequency vibration to treat the areas affected by lymphatic system damages and excessive swelling, such as arms or legs.
By using negative pressure, the device creates space under the skin for lymph flow and better blood circulation – thereby reducing swelling and pain.
LymphaTouch is the only solution for lymphedema patients that improves their condition already from the first treatment. But as the damaged lymphatic system cannot be repaired, the swelling gradually starts to rebuild and the pain returns. The treatment should therefore be performed consistently. LymphaTouch is much quicker and more effective compared to other treatment options, thus substantially improving the patients’ quality of life.
LymphaTouch is a versatile and effective therapy device that can be used both by healthcare professionals in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. It is a prescription only device, which we are making available for the mass market through trained professionals.
The original LymphaTouch device has been widely researched and tested since we brought it to markets in 2009. It is already used at 2000+ treatment locations globally, including leading medical institutions like Johns Hopkins Hospital, Göttingen University and Karolinska University hospital.
LymphaTouch is a more compact device suitable for lighter use. LymphaTouch is ideal for lymphatic treatment, especially for the facial area and delicate tissue, and for the treatment of local scars. The device has a maximum pressure of 250 mmHg.
LymphaTouch Pro is particularly suitable for effective treatment of soft tissue, fascia and swelling. The device has been designed with the professional in mind to withstand heavy use. With LymphaTouch Pro it is possible to achieve a vacuum of up to 400mmHg. LymphaTouch Pro also includes ready-to-use treatment programmes.
For therapists who want one product that will provide a variety of treatment options, LymphaTouch is definitely worth the investment. Easy to use, effective, and high patient satisfaction, this product is set apart from all others on the market.
This device helped me, and it saved my life.
LymphaTouch is easy to use, the user interface is clear and clients find the device comfortable to use. The device’s negative pressure creates lift, which is effective for treating scars and tight tissues, among other things. The 10 mm cup of the device is a good addition for the treatment of scars.
My hands wish I had discovered this device years ago and whilst it cannot reverse the arthritic changes that have already occurred in my fingers, it most certainly will minimise further deterioration and already has reduced the pain I previously experienced on a daily basis.
LymphaTouch negative pressure therapy has been an effective treatment from the acute inflammatory phase to the end of rehabilitation for pain relief, edema reduction and injury healing.
As a result of the injury, swelling and tissue fluid packed into the injury area, causing tightness and limited knee mobility. Clear signs of progression were seen about a week after the start of treatment, with a significant reduction in swelling and tightness in the lower limb. The treatment was comfortable and painless from the start.
LymphaTouch© is one of the best negative pressure devices in the market for its portability and its durability, just what Football needs. It is a great addition for hands on treatment which allows you to reach deeper levels than just hands on alone.
From abdominal scar tissue remediation to promote intra abdominal pressure, to preventatively optimizing fascial plane function in and around bony prominences like the Pelvis, Hip and Knee the LymphaTouch© has become an integral technology on tour. It is perfect for acute injury recovery through facilitating lymphatic decompression.

Hannah Poulton – “The best device for scarring”
Hannah Poulton – Womens Health Physiotherapist with over 22 years experience, who specialises in c-section scars, was interviewed for this article. Over the past four decades, caesarean sections have become more common in all the Nordic countries. According to preliminary data, 19.6% of all births in 2022 were caesarean sections (THL 2023). Scar tissue can be responsible for physical and emotional restrictions and changes.
Natalie Perkins -“My hands wish I had discovered this device years ago”
I am a physiotherapist with an additional degree in exercise physiology with nearly 30 years of experience almost exclusively in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. I have travelled the world with a sport team for a decade, been involved with the treatment of Olympic athletes, professional football players, elite gymnasts, high level rugby players, low level soccer players and nursing home patients and assisted mums, dads, kids and grandparents with their pain and dysfunction so I’ve pretty much treated the full spectrum of the community and until recently I relied on my hands….and my hands alone.
